How To Change Capital Letters To Lowercase In Google Docs
To change capital letters to lowercase in Google Docs, the first thing you’ll need to do is click and drag over the all caps text to highlight it.
Then, click on “Format” in the menu near the top of the screen.
And then, in the menu that appears, hover your mouse over “Text”, and then in the menu that appears next to that, hover over “Capitalization”.
Now, a third menu will appear with the options to change the text to “lowercase”, “UPPERCASE”, or “Title Case”.
What these three options do is fairly self explanatory, “lowercase” will make all the text lowercase, “UPPERCASE” will make the text be in all caps, and “Title Case” will make the first letter of every word capital, and every other letter lowercase.
So obviously, if you have all caps text that you want to make lowercase, you’ll just need to click on “lowercase”.
And that’s all there is to it! Now the highlighted text will be instantly transformed into lowercase! How simple was that?

How To Use Title Case In Google Docs
Title case (otherwise known as camel case), is where the first letter of every word is capitalized, but all the other letters are lowercase.
This is usually only useful if you’re typing a title, but if you are, Google Docs allows you to very easily change text into title case in just a few clicks.
All you have to do is highlight the text you want to do this to, and then click “Format” in the menu at the top of the screen.
