Your Chromebook should automatically set itself to the correct time based on the location of your internet connection. But if it doesn’t do that correctly, or you specifically want to set it to a different time, there is a way you can go into the settings and manually change it to any timezone you want.

Timmy, i’m trying to hook up a monitor to my laptop computer and the monitor has an electrical plug attached, do I have to use that plug or does it receive its power from the laptop?

Some small portable USB-C monitors can get power from the laptop, but the vast majority need to be plugged in to electricity separately.
